We believe and pride ourselves in the ability to put customer service 1st. No matter how good your product is, if the support and quality of relationships is not present, it deters from the product. Customer Service can make an okay product amazing.
While we believe that customer service is number 1, a very close second comes the product itself. If the product is horrible and fails in accomplishing the objectives, then price or customer service can’t help.
Price, is in fact the least important aspect out of the three. If you have an amazing support and customer service staff coupled with an amazing product, people will pay what you set because of the demand and satisfaction they receive.
